All prices displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout based on the delivery location.

If a pricing error occurs due to a typographical, technical or administrative mistake, Site 1 Supplies reserves the right to cancel or amend the affected order and refund any payment already received.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance until Site 1 Supplies confirms the order and payment has been processed. 7. Collection of Orders

Customers collecting products from our Kenwick showroom are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable to safely transport the purchased materials. Site 1 Supplies may refuse to load a vehicle where doing so would be unsafe or exceed legal load limits. Once products have been collected, responsibility for safe transport rests with the customer.

8. Delivery

Delivery is available within nominated service areas throughout metropolitan Perth. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery schedules may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

• weather conditions;

• road closures;

• heavy traffic;

• equipment failure;

• supplier delays; or

• high order volumes.

Site 1 Supplies is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access for delivery vehicles. Where site access is restricted or unsafe, our driver may determine an alternative unloading location or postpone delivery.

9. Bulk Materials

Bulk products are measured and supplied by volume unless otherwise stated. Due to natural settling, compaction and moisture variation, delivered quantities may vary slightly after unloading. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct material and quantity for their project.
